They end up in a big box - whether they're developed or not, whether they're contact prints or storage media. I can still remember the day like it was yesterday. My first time making a photo series.
One by one I took two photos of my father, two photos of my sister, one photo of my brother and probably 8 or 9 photos of my mother. She wasn't a good model and was the only one who didn't want to follow my instructions. She didn't follow my outfit wishes. The Viking helmet - you see. And she always wanted to give me commands about how to take the photos. This is the series I edited as a child. I was a little younger than my sister.
