the coast

I'm not a person who quickly feels at home in a new place. That's why I only have a few familiar places. I like the Belgian coast, its nature, the people there. The countless series of pictures I've taken throughout my life clearly tell me that I like to glorify the coast as my utopia. My Series' usually start with black and white pictures. I start to paint a lot with a brush or digitally. Collages, paintings, photography - everything is possible there.

Ich bin kein Mensch, der sich schnell an einem neuen Ort zu Hause fühlt. Deshalb habe ich nur wenige vertraute Orte. Ich mag die belgische Küste, ihre Natur, die Personen dort. Meine, das ganze Leben gemachten, unzähligen Bilderserien sagen mir ganz klar, dass ich die Küste gerne zu meinem Utopia verkläre. Meine Serien fangen gewöhnlich mit schwarz weiß Bildern an. Ich mal auch viel, mit Pinsel ober digital. Collagen, Gemälde, Fotografie - alles ist dort möglich.
